- Acknowledge the conditions of our return policy (see below)
- Declare your return online. This is mandatory and will only take a few clicks!
- Send back your parcel, the refund will be processed as soon as your products are received into our warehouse.

- The return has to be declared in the 14 days following the reception of the product
- The product(s) must be unused
- The product(s) must be in the state you received them & in the original undamaged packaging. (Packages opened with care are not considered damaged)
- Customised and assembled ski + binding packages that have been ordered to your personal specifications cannot be returned
